Return Process

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
